After receiving his Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Rob Menconi began working in the computer science industry, but then made the change to customer service, after realizing it just wasn't his true passion. From there, he started working at a local small business, and helped grow the business into one of the most successful operations in the state. With that passion for customer service, he decided to begin the process of obtaining his real estate license and helping families find their forever homes.
